1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Olympic Peninsula AI Consulting website and public AI Audit request process. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
"OPAIC," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Olympic Peninsula AI Consulting. "You" refers to the person or organization using the site. If you submit information for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. What the site provides
The site describes practical AI consulting, automation, software, and administrative support. It also offers a directional mini-audit and a way to request a human-reviewed conversation.
Site content, examples, estimates, and previews are general information. They are not a promise that a particular workflow will be suitable, possible, secure, compliant, or cost-effective for your situation. A consulting relationship begins only if we separately agree on scope and terms.
3. AI assistance and human judgment
The mini-audit uses your selected answers to produce practical, deterministic starting points. Any estimated time range is directional and must be checked against your actual process.
AI-generated drafts, summaries, classifications, or suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making decisions. OPAIC does not present public AI tools as a substitute for authorized human judgment in education, government, nonprofit, business, or personal contexts.
Do not submit confidential records, passwords, API keys, private information about other people, or regulated data through the public forms. A separate written agreement and appropriate safeguards are required before any later engagement involves sensitive systems or data.
4. Audit requests and communications
Submitting a request does not guarantee that OPAIC will accept the work, provide a particular service, or respond within a specific period. We will review the request and follow up personally when appropriate.
By submitting your contact details, you authorize us to use them to respond to the request, send a confirmation, and communicate about the requested services. You may ask us to stop follow-up communications at any time.
Please provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person or organization. You remain responsible for having permission to provide any organization information included in a request.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful, reasonable purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the site, its API, or its security controls;
- send malware, abusive traffic, or automated requests intended to overload the service;
- probe, scrape, or reverse engineer non-public parts of the service;
- use the site to violate another person’s privacy or rights;
- submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or deceptive; or
- use site recommendations to evade legal, regulatory, contractual, or organizational requirements.
We may limit, suspend, or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or the public.
6. Content and intellectual property
The site’s design, writing, branding, logo, code, and original materials belong to OPAIC or are used under permission or a source license. You may view and share ordinary links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or create a competing service from substantial portions of the site without permission.
You retain ownership of information you submit. You give OPAIC a limited permission to store, review, format, communicate, and use that information only as reasonably needed to respond to your request, operate the service, and meet legal or security obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including email delivery, hosting, font delivery, and photo-license sources. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. OPAIC is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of a third-party site that you choose to visit.
A link or example is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee. You should review the provider’s terms before connecting a system or sharing information with it.
8. Fees and separate engagements
The public website does not process payment for consulting work. Prices, deliverables, timelines, access requirements, and responsibilities for paid services must be agreed separately in writing.
If a signed proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement applies to a consulting engagement, that agreement controls the engagement to the extent it conflicts with these general website Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, OPAIC disclaims warranties that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
OPAIC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, employment, investment, or other professional advice through this website. You should consult the appropriate qualified professional before acting where specialized advice is required.
10. Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, OPAIC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the site or reliance on a preview.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any liability for a separate paid engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
11. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the site, for reviewing any recommendation before acting, for protecting your own accounts and records, and for confirming that a proposed automation or software change is appropriate for your organization’s legal, ethical, security, accessibility, and operational requirements.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the website or services change. The "Last updated" date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@olypenaiconsulting.com. You can also return to the home page or read the Privacy Policy.
